Responsibilities :
Aid the Electrical Foreman on the completion of industrial electrical projectsBend conduit, pull wire, and utilize standard electrical testing equipmentTake continuous direction from Electrical ForemanSupport other apprentices, journeyman, and foremen on various projects.Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Keep the job site clean and well-organized.Handle the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.Ensure attention to detail and follow safety standardsFuel and wash department vehiclesGain essential carpentry skills to progress within the electrical department.Requirements :
3-4 years of previous electrical (Residential / Commercial / Industrial experience)State of Michigan Registered Electrical Apprentice LicenseParticipate in our employer sponsored DOL electrical apprenticeship through SEMCA.Troubleshoot Lighting Control SystemsAble to install SwitchboardsKnowledge of Testing EquipmentConduit sizing and conduit fillResponsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting switchboards and switchgears to ensure efficient power distribution and system reliability.Install and maintain busway systems, ensuring flexible and reliable power distribution for industrial and commercial applications.Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specificationsBlueprint readingArc flash trainingMust be mechanically inclinedAbility to take directionValid driver's licensePreferred Requirements :
