Summary : We are looking for a candidate to join the Core Product Excellence team and lead the development of storytelling and messaging that clearly articulates the company’s product strategy and innovation priorities. This role will partner directly with leadership to develop narratives that fuel our executive communications, team culture, and internal product storytelling. You will shape content for high-stakes moments like Board meetings, All Hands, Product Launches, and Innovation Spotlights, ensuring our product vision is communicated with clarity and inspiration. Working alongside a visual designer, you'll transform complex ideas into impactful themes and language that motivate teams and align leadership.

This is a strategic role combining creative storytelling, stakeholder management, and product thinking, with a focus on elevating our vision and priorities across the business.

Responsibilities : Lead narrative development for the company’s product strategy and vision, creating high-level messaging frameworks for executive presentations and internal communications.

Translate strategic input from senior leaders into compelling content and storytelling across decks, microsites, scripts, and events, maintaining a consistent strategic thread throughout the year.

Develop and implement a repeatable communication process with standardized briefs, templates, and workflows to enhance executive storytelling.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Communications teams to align on core messaging and ensure internal consistency across product and leadership channels.

Design storytelling experiences around key moments such as go / Vision, Company Open, Invent Week, and Product Launch Press Kits.

Stay informed about evolving product bets, roadmaps, and business priorities to keep storytelling relevant and aligned.

Skills : 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, UX writing, content design, or brand storytelling, preferably supporting product and executive leadership.

Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to translate business strategy into audience-centric messaging.

Fluency in strategic storytelling across mediums such as decks, scripts, microsites, and campaigns, with adaptability to different stakeholder tones.

Collaborative mindset with experience working directly with executives, designers, and product managers.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, quickly pivot, and distill ideas into clear narratives, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
