I am partnered with a well known law firm looking to add a real estate attorney to their team!

Position :  Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Location :  Louisville, Kentucky

About Us :   Established mid-sized law firm and reputable law firm with multiple offices in Kentucky. Our firm provides a full range of transaction and litigation services.

Qualifications :

• 5+years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance
• Experience for a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases,
• J.D. & good standing with the KY bar
