Position Summary

We're seeking a full-time Senior Engineer, Global Network Infrastructure for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. Within this role, you will design, implement, and maintain a robust and secure network infrastructure for our warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless connectivity, reliable wireless performance, and scalable solutions that support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in network design, wireless spectrum planning, troubleshooting, and optimization, with a strong focus on operational excellence and security.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize the backbone network to support warehouse operations and ensure high availability.
• Plan and manage wireless spectrum allocation, ensuring efficient, interference-free wireless connectivity throughout the warehouse.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, proactively identifying issues, troubleshooting failures, and restoring service quickly to minimize downtime.
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements, deliver tailored network solutions, and lead successful implementation.
• Execute and oversee daily network changes, adhering to standardized processes and security best practices to safeguard system integrity.
