We’re looking for a passionate, people-driven Restaurant Manager who thrives in high energy environments and is ready to grow with a dynamic and expanding brand.

What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager at Fat Rosie’s, you’ll bring the fun, keep the team moving, and make sure every guest feels like a VIP. You’ll be on the floor during service, behind the scenes coaching the team, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Jump in during service to engage with guests and resolve concerns in real-time
• Collaborate with the GM and Executive Chef to set the tone and support daily operations
• Own staffing, scheduling, and shift execution to maintain a high-performance team
• Train, coach, and develop team members with a focus on service, culture, and retention
• Conduct pre-shift line checks to ensure food safety, quality, and presentation
• Monitor and coach team performance with motivating, timely feedback
• Manage documentation and support accountability across people and operations
• Track and control food and labor costs in alignment with brand and financial goals
