This facility is a prominent hospital campus that provides comprehensive medical services to the El Paso community. The medical center offers advanced surgical capabilities with state-of-the-art operating rooms and a collaborative environment between physicians and CRNAs.

Opportunity :

Board Certified - Anesthesiology

Job Details :

General anesthesiology position (not pediatric specific) with comfort in regional anesthesia required

Monday through Friday coverage, 10-hour shifts acceptable

No requirement to work with premies or neonates

Primarily MD supervising CRNAs with occasional solo work

Call is negotiable but not required (from home, not in-house)

Looking for 2 candidates who can commit to minimum 3 weeks per month

Pediatric experience is a plus but not required

No cardiac cases

Must be comfortable with various anesthesia types including general, spinal, epidural, and regional

Experience with obstetrical cases, neurosurgical, thoracic, vascular, and complex orthopedic cases preferred

Skills in central line, arterial line placement preferred

Must have active Texas medical license

Board certification required with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days

Local candidates will not be considered

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
