We are hiring multiple Structural Engineers at all levels—from new grads with their FE to seasoned PE leaders ready to become Principals—for several high-performing A / E and consulting firms based in Cincinnati. Open Roles Include :
Entry-Level Engineer (FE / Recent Grad)
- Base Salary : $60,000 – $70,000
- Hands-on Revit design & drafting under senior mentorship
- Clear path toward EIT and PE licensure
- Exposure to real projects from day one
Engineer-in-Training (EIT / PE-Eligible)
Base Salary : $75,000 – $90,000Lead project sections independently with client exposureAccelerated path to PE & leadershipEngage in site visits, technical reports, and team collaborationProfessional Engineer (PE)
Base Salary : $90,000 – $120,000Full design ownership, client-facing rolePotential to grow into a Principal Engineer or Department HeadOpportunity to shape internal standards, train junior staffPrincipal Engineer (PE + Book of Business Preferred)
Base Salary : $120,000 – $140,000+ (plus profit sharing / bonus)Strategic leadership of structural divisionLead business development, client acquisition, and project executionEquity or ownership potential depending on experienceWhat You’ll Do
Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood buildingsCreate construction documents and models using Revit (a must)Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients across disciplinesConduct site visits, prepare field reports, and support construction administrationParticipate in QA / QC reviews and project management (for mid-level and up)Engage in client meetings and proposal writing (for senior / principal levels)What You’ll Need
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only (We are unable to sponsor visas or accept F-1 OPT / CPT applicants)Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred for higher levels)FE Certification required (EIT or PE preferred depending on level)Strong proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable)Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skillsDesire to grow in a technical or leadership capacityWhy Join
