Developing care plans : Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans.

Crisis intervention : Respond quickly to psychiatric emergencies such as self-harm or aggressive behavior.

Therapeutic communication : Build trust and provide emotional support through active listening and empathy.
