Are you a dedicated Licensed Audiologist seeking a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of United States Veterans?

We are currently seeking an Audiologist to conduct medical assessments for Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits evaluation process.

In this role, you will review submission claims and medical records uploaded into our secure portal during appointments. You will perform both the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test, while also completing a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) directly in the portal. This crucial data will support the VA’s decision-making process regarding the veteran's benefits.

Please note, this position does not involve prescribing medical treatments or devices.

This part-time position entails reviewing and assessing an average of 3-6 Veterans per day, ensuring quality time spent with each individual.

Schedule : Part-Time, 3 days / week, 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm.

This is an IN-PERSON position providing 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes per patient. Enjoy a work-life balance with no evenings, no on-call shifts, no weekends, and no hearing aid sales involved.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) degree from an ASHA Accredited institution.
  • Current license as an Audiologist.
  • Compliance with the credentialing requirements established by the VA.
