Job Description & Requirements Specialty : PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU / Med-Surg) Location : Honesdale, PA Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : November 3, 2025 Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) Hours per Week : 36 Schedule : Every Other Weekend and Holiday | No Block Scheduling Key Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Monitor and interpret vital signs and cardiac rhythms. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies. Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation. Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes. Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards.
