6+ months Contract - Onsite – NYC

Must Haves :

2+ years of administrative or office experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Strong communication skills

Experience in a tech startup environment

Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision

Customer service mindset

Preferred :

College coursework or equivalent experience in a related area

Experience with WeWork or similar Tech start-up office environments

Proficiency with gSuite

You’ll liaise with WeWork, respond to facilities requests, support employee experience events, and assist with office layout planning.
