CRM Analyst

Job Summary

Altruix delivers high-touch pharmacy services to individuals in behavioral health and the intellectual and developmental disability space. The CRM Analyst plays an essential role by overseeing our CRM system and analyzing CRM / marketing data to support new customer growth, retention of existing customers, and increased utilization of current pharmacy locations.

This includes partnering with technical resources to improve tools and workflows, training end users, developing regular reporting to ensure data accuracy, and conducting analysis to deliver insights and recommendations to business partners.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Qualified candidates will have experience managing CRM and translating data into insights that drive ROI and growth in both B2B and B2C environments. The ideal hire has a client-service mindset, serves as a professional point of contact for internal / external stakeholders and vendors, and is a collaborator who can take direction and work independently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee use of CRM in the organization.
  • Train Sales, Marketing and others in the system and tools.
  • Run regular CRM reports to ensure the data is accurate and up to date.
  • Recommend making minor improvements and overseeing major changes to the tools needed.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and others to develop a pipeline report for new sales.
  • Partner with Marketing to measure the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing efforts to drive new leads and grow business at existing customer locations.
  • Develop and run ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Partner with Finance to develop a report measuring lifetime value of customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other business leaders to identify key performance indicators that track the progress of business goals (e.g., identify KPIs and set up reports for Marketing on campaigns).
  • Review data and proactively identify patterns and insights to improve the performance of Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • Present insights to leaders in writing and through effective presentations.
  • Must be meticulous with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Enthusiastic about identifying key insights and using them to build actionable recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.A. or advanced degree in an analytical or related field (math, business, statistics, marketing) required (four-year degree or associates degree plus experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM and / or Marketing analysis (including B2B and B2C, with at least a year of experience working with HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated expertise using marketing automation and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a challenging environment.
  • Data driven and resulted oriented.
  • Initiative-taking with ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive and always looking for ways to take the initiative and improve existing processes and results.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or behavioral health industries.
  • Familiarity with pipeline management, attribution, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
