The right candidate will handle a variety of matters, including personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, and insurance subrogation.

What You’ll Do :

Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and insurance defense

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and manage cases through trial

Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and negotiate settlements

Work closely with clients and insurance carriers to deliver strategic legal solutions
