Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr. Salary may vary based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for details.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate a caseload of personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.).
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial briefs.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Prepare cases for trial and appear in state and federal courts.
  • Supervise paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance and productivity.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Strategize case development for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Washington State Bar (required).
  • 2–3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff preferred).
  • Strong written and oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases with minimal supervision.
  • Trial experience is a plus.

    • About the Firm

    The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and strategic, capable of handling all aspects of plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake and pre-litigation to trial. You'll have support from a full legal team, case managers, and paralegals, but autonomy to own your caseload and drive results.
