Job Title : Associate Periodontist

Location : Cary, NC

Position Overview :

Riccobene Associates is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Periodontist to join our growing specialty team in Cary, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Periodontist who is passionate about advanced clinical care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and long-term patient relationships.

What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver exceptional periodontal care including surgical and non-surgical treatments
  • Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs
  • Perform clinical evaluations, diagnostics, and procedures with precision
  • Educate patients on oral health and post-op care
  • Collaborate with referring doctors, hygienists, and support teams to ensure optimal care
  • Support a positive, respectful, and performance-driven office culture
  • Ensure all procedures are compliant with current clinical, OSHA, and dental board standards

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For :

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Periodontics from an ADA-accredited program
  • Active North Carolina dental license and DEA license
  • Current CPR certification and malpractice insurance
  • Exceptional communication skills and chairside manner
  • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
  • Patient-first mindset and team-driven leadership approach
