  • Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo.

    • Responsibilities

    The Materials Management Technician is responsible for accurate and timely receiving, storing, inventorying, and distributing medical supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the hospital. This role supports clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure the consistent availability of necessary materials, contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 12 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using inventory and supply chain software.

    • Preferred Job Requirements

  • Certification in Materials Management or Supply Chain.
  • Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment.
