Budget & Cost Control : Manage project finances, monitor costs, verify invoices, and control project spending. Schedule Management : Monitor project milestones, track progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. Quality & Safety : Ensure work adheres to specifications, safety protocols, and building regulations, conducting site visits and inspections. Problem-Solving : Proactively identify, address, and resolve project issues, disputes, and challenges. Reporting : Prepare and manage project reports, status updates, and financial documentation. Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with all stakeholders. Extensive understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations. Proficiency with project management software. Significant experience in the construction industry and project management. Creative and effective problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and make sound financial decisions.

Salary : $115,000 – $130,000 per year
