A highly reputable General Contractor with a strong presence across Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up retail and industrial construction projects . The Ideal Candidate Will Bring :

• Proven experience managing ground-up retail and / or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Experience traveling to multiple project sites, with Dallas-Fort Worth as a home base.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction.
