Title - Senior EHS Specialist

Location- Dallas ,TX || Onsite

Requirements : Industrial manufacturing

The Senior EHS Specialist function utilizes the existing procedures and their acquired knowledge to provide EHS technical support to the Plant through coordination of EHS activities and programs.

This position requires someone with extensive industrial manufacturing experience .This role supports the implementation, execution, and maintenance of the environmental, health, and safety systems for the plant. As the Senior EHS Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the Corporate EHS team, Plant Management, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering team members and focus on various projects and initiatives within these teams. This position will provide support to EHS specialists within the network. This position will report directly to the Director of EHS

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in workplace environmental, health and safety program management. required
• Experience with Process Safety Management concepts like Management of Change preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, policies, programs, PPE, environmental policies (EPA), safety engineering, accident / injury investigation procedures and operating rules, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with computer skills. (Google Suite)
• Excellent organization and time management skills, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and business travel when needed
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Preferred
• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) Preferred
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Preferred
• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) Preferred
