Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician at Paradies Lagardre is responsible for performing general and detailed maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. This includes tasks like patching, painting, hardware repairs, and other maintenance and repair work as needed, as well as routine facility and equipment upkeep and may also assist technical staff and electricians with more complex repairs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Includes tasks such as patching, painting, hardware repairs, and other repair / replacement work.
• Ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment through regular maintenance checks and tasks.
• May be required to assist technical staff and electricians in repairing more complex systems.
• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service to guests, business partners, and peers.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform guidelines, and other company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and potentially working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform tasks involving standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and walking long distances.
