Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced and driven professional to serve as Program Manager of S-70 Commercial Programs. This individual will have full accountability for the program capture strategy and execution performance across all internal functional groups and external suppliers to achieve business objectives. The Program Manager will align objectives, metrics, performance progress, and presentations for internal and external customers. This role will include customer, supplier, and internal functional group interface for execution of all program activities. The Program Manager will report to the Senior Program Manager, AAFS DCS Programs.

In this role, you will :

• Execute assigned S-70 commercial programs within the cost, schedule, and technical requirements of development, production, test, customer acceptance, delivery, and support efforts.
• Provide leadership to a Program Management Team (PMT) consisting of Engineering, Finance, ITC, Contracts, Operations and Aftermarket.
• Develop strong working relationships with customer counterparts, major suppliers, Sikorsky leadership team and team members to ensure program success.
• Engage Program Planning & Control, Financial Control, and functional leads to actively manage all earned value efforts according to Sikorsky EVMS procedures, lead monthly EV analysis and reporting.
• Report status of key projects on a regular basis to Programs and Executive Leadership.
• Resolve internal management issues and escalate as needed.
• Support the Business Development team to define, estimate, and convert proposals into executable contracts.
• Track and manage activities to full compliance of all ITC guidelines and requirements as applicable.

You excel at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can effectively communicate progress, risks, and solutions at all levels of the organization.
