Radiation Oncoloy Therapist duties associated with the delivery of external beam radiation therapy patient treatments on a Varian 21EX (no rapid arc or IMRT on Varian, but a few step-and-shot type photon fields) and a Tomotherapy treatment machine machine delivering helical and tomodirect photon treatments on TomotherapyEquipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)Accuray Tomotherapy and Varian 21EX external beam radiation oncology treatment machines. Mosaiq record and verify treatment record.Required skills and minimum years of experience.At least 5 years experience in external beam radiation therapy patient treatment delivery on Varian 21EX and / or Accuray Tomotherapy treatment machines Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)ARRT, OBMI ( Oregon Board of Medical Imaging, BLS) Shift or schedule requirements
