District Workforce Engagement Officer

The District Workforce Engagement Officer is a leadership position responsible for enhancing / supporting the health of a District's culture and the well-being of its people by designing, leading and implementing / facilitating strategies that elevate workforce expectations and corresponding infrastructure at the District level. Develops strategic programs and initiatives (emphasizing culture, policy, and / or business direction) through consultation and facilitation of workgroups and provides expert advice and consultation to others to help them address culture, people and business challenges in their areas of responsibility. Serves as an expert resource to the organization in executive coaching and development, executive team meeting design / facilitation and organizational design. May require occasional travel for meeting with stakeholders, vendors, or offsite personnel / management. Minimum Qualifications

Direct organizational leadership experience to include development and implementation of culture and workforce strategies Demonstrated experience in organizational development and strategic planning to support HR management Extensive written and oral communication skills and demonstrated experience communicating complex and unusual topics or issues both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences Demonstrated professional-level experience in organizational development, with an emphasis on culture and workforce; strategic planning; executive-level facilitation, coaching, and decision making; workforce development planning. Demonstrated leadership competency Experience in leading and participating in executive / management sessions, presentations, and meetings Demonstrated skill in data analytics and techniques Knowledge and experience in performance management / supervision

Additional Considerations

Experience in executive leadership or senior organizational development Certification(s) in coaching, facilitation, leadership development, change management or other related certifications in support of culture and employee health
