Salary : $42,000 - $75,000 + Quarterly Production Bonus of up to $4,500 - $9,000 ($18k - $36k / YR)

Yearly Potential : $60,000 - $111,000

Job Description : Responsible for the full estimating and repair process ensuring quality repairs are made based on detailed instructions provided, which meet our OE and I-CAR standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Write concise and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate all check-ins and deliveries.
• Review process with the customer.
• Complete all repair orders ensuring DRP compliance and obtaining proper authorizations.
• Provide a complete and correct listing of all necessary parts for ordering related to a repair.
• Check-in vehicle upon drop off from customer.
• Prepare and ensure completion of the proper paperwork for the customer packet.
• Provide communication, including all vehicle repair statuses.
• Comply with all JHCC safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
• Document all communication with customers in the system.
• Perform total loss administration.
• Perform final quality checks on finished vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
