Position Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates to drive exceptional performance.

Oversee and enhance designs for catalogs, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails to ensure quality and appeal.

Act as the bridge between Merchandising and Creative teams during the new product selection process to streamline efforts.

Facilitate efficient communication across departments regarding new and existing product development and online marketing strategies.

Innovate new product positioning in relation to existing offerings and align with customer perspectives.

Analyze market research and internal reports to stay ahead of product trends and refine marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record of success.

Proven experience in sourcing or selecting new products.

Catalog experience is a plus.
