Current providers : 4 Physicians and 5 APPsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageExperienced staffOnsite services (CT, MRI, x-ray, lab, etc.)Level 4 Trauma CenterLife Flight 24 / 7Cardiac Cath Services 24 / 7Hospitalist Program 24 / 7Hospital Duties include responding to in-house cardiac / respiratory arrests, including peds and OB / nurseryNo CallFlexible SchedulingFully integrated system with clinics and Hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationNew fully equipped Emergency DepartmentResponsibilities :Twelve 12 hour shifts per monthClinical Shift Hours = 7 : 30a 7 : 30p, 7 : 30p 7 : 30aDepartment Staffing Model :Tuesday - Friday = 1 Physician & 1 APP (11 : 30a - 9 : 30p)Saturday - Monday = 1 Physician & 2 APP's (10a - 8p & 2p - 12a)Average # of patients / day = 60Annual visit volume = 20,000Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skillsImprove the health of the people and communities we serveQualifications :
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (must become board certified within 5 years)Eligible to work in the United StatesHold a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of IowaAbility to work as a team member and leaderAbout the Group : A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
