Staffing Coordinator

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler to join our amazing team!

As the Staffing Coordinator / Schedule, you will have the satisfaction of ensuring excellent resident care by coordinating reliable and adequate nursing department schedules based on staffing guidelines. You will track absenteeism / tardiness and provide reports to the Director of Nursing weekly. As the Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler, you will also inform Director of Nursing and Human Resources of vacancies, transfers, etc., and meet with new hires to review staffing guidelines. This position is PERFECT for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.

Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler Requirements :

Long-term care experience required

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all personalities

At least one year of clinical scheduling experience strongly preferred

Extraordinarily strong computer skills, scheduling software experience helpful
