Tullabee Leader
The Tullabee Leader's goal is to make a difference in people's lives. They will lead and direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including best of class guest service, sales objectives, human resources management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation while driving both associate and guest engagement.

Utilizes and manages the use of weekly reporting to track, analyze and communicate progress towards goalsDemonstrates knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and substitute within company guidelinesUnderstands and can clearly articulate the Company's brand positioning, including the uniqueness of concept, current marketing and promotional initiatives, outreach events, in-store events and ministriesOperates with the highest levels of personal integrity and business confidentialityRepresents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and groomingMaintains clean store environmentQualifications
2+ years of management experience in the retail or hospitality industryPhysical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
