Responsibilities Work in a hospital-based Cardiac Catheterization Lab Four 9.5-hour day shifts per week, 7AM–5PM STEMI on-call responsibilities required Care for patients from pediatric to geriatric populations Uses Epic for charting May float to a nearby sister hospital Provide assessment, direct patient care, and documentation for cardiac procedures Manage emergency equipment and follow National Patient Safety Goals Participate in pre- and post-operative assessments and patient education Contribute to perioperative care, prioritizing patient needs throughout care continuum Maintain professionalism and positive communication with patients, families, and team members Abide by confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines Required to adhere to the unit-specific dress code and safety protocols Assignments may last up to one year, with a mandatory break of 30-60 days before returning Requirements Active NJ or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required BLS and ACLS certifications required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience using Epic EMR preferred Must live more than 50 miles from the facility (no locals) Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-622432.
