A company is looking for a part-time Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Consultant licensed in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional EAP services and direct counseling to employees and their families
Make referrals to treatment services and community resources to support client well-being
Maintain a caseload of clients and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and policies
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
3+ years of clinical experience
1+ years of case management review experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
