Accounting Supervisor - CPA Required

A company is looking for an Accounting Lead / Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly financial close process, including journal entry review and account reconciliations

Prepare financial information for consolidation and oversee internal / external audits and SOX compliance

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

More than 5 years of professional accounting experience with leadership roles in a medium to large-sized public company, preferably in manufacturing

Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and documentation of control structures

Understanding of GAAP and experience with ERP systems

Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring team members for career growth
