Renown Health is seeking a Manager of Digestive Health–Clinical to lead the launch and growth of our new Digestive Health Service Line, including the Endoscopy Department and Digestive Health Clinic. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical expertise with operational leadership while building a program that will set the standard for care in our region.

As the clinical leader, you will :

✨ Oversee the daily operations of our Endoscopy Department and Digestive Health Clinic

✨ Champion safety, quality, compliance, and an exceptional patient experience

✨ Provide mentorship and clinical oversight for an outstanding nursing team

✨ Partner with physicians, APPs, anesthesiologists, and leaders to design workflows and deliver top-tier care

✨ Collaborate on financial and human resource management to help this new service line thrive

What We’re Looking For :

• Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain at hire)
• 3+ years of endoscopy experience with deep procedural knowledge
• 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership, including administrative management
• 2+ years of ambulatory clinic experience supporting outpatient services
