We offer weekend differential and double time holidays. Great benefits package to include company paid health insurance and company match 401K.\n\nQualifications : \n

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse of Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Nebraska\n
• Must be CPR certified\n
• Must maintain a positive attitude as well as set a good example for co-workers\n
• Must have physical and mental capabilities to perform duties and responsibilities included in this job description\n
• Must have the ability to do comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and document findings\n
• Must be willing to work every third weekend and holiday rotation\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Supervision of nursing personnel\n
• Oversee, delegate and assist with the direct care of residents\n
• Monitor staff to ensure completion of assigned duties\n
• Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of facility policies in compliance with state and federal guidelines\n
• Creates a good public image of MCH and actively promotes teamwork\n
• Assure resident safety\n
