Physician / Family Practice / Tennessee / Locum or Permanent / FM / IM Physician (Locum or Perm) Job

Outpatient Clinic Full Time Clinical Medical Director-Board certified or eligible for FM / IM-6-month contract minimum. Ideally, looking for someone who would possibly transition to permanent after assignment-12-18 patients / day-PACT team of RN, MA, LPN to assist with rooming patients and basic needs so provider can focus on medical aspects. -M F, 8-4 : 30 daily-10-15 minutes for reoccurring patients, 20-30 for new patients. -Ailments covered vary but consists of chronic illnesses such as COPD, heart disease, diabetes, checkups, preventive care, etc. -No overtime, and half day of admin time a week to get caught up on charting / follow ups. -CMD role is 50 / 50 seeing patients and making sure the clinic is operating smoothly from a medical standpoint. Coordinating with other providers and clinic administrators to make sure all clinic metrics / aspects are being met.
