The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Senior Manager to join the team in Hazelwood, MO

Position Responsibilities :

Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one, occupational health, safety, and environmental discipline

Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental programs / processes, environmental property assessment and remediation, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and / or related support functions

Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages, develops and motivates employees

BasicQualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

3+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

3+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and / or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Bachelors' degree or higher

Summary pay range : $131,750 – $178,250
