About The Position

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Monitor and interpret hemodynamic status, ventilator management, cardiac rhythms, and other complex patient data.

Administer medications, titrate vasoactive drips, and operate specialized medical equipment.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Required :

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].

Minimum of  one (1) year of recent RN experience in an ICU setting.

Float Requirement :  Must be willing to float to Med / Surg units when ICU patient acuity allows.

Schedule :  Must be available to work  rotating weekends  and holidays.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
