About the Role
We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, Host who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service to facilitate and support the client journey in our boutiques. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic. The Boutique Facilitator, Host will also assist other members of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the boutique as needed.

- Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocols
- Leverage tools and processes to help manage client wait times and appointments
- Assist clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutique
- Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels
- Proactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc., setting realistic expectations with clients

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.70 through $28.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.Benefits and Perks :
