Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Responsibilities :

• The Program Manager shall manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
