Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CNC Machinist role in Sherwood, OR. Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications .
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments based on job requirements.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards .
• Perform first article inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, tool wear, and offsets to maintain efficiency.
• Work with G-code and M-code programming to optimize machine operations.
• Maintain accurate production and quality control records .
• Follow safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
