Position Summary

We're seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems powering our mental well-being initiatives. This role will set technical direction, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate across engineering, product, and analytics to deliver high-impact solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and platforms for large-scale, secure, and reliable analytics.
• Lead and mentor data engineers, software engineers, and QA colleagues, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Partner with product, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Champion best practices in data governance, quality, and security.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to advance our mental well-being mission.
• Contribute to the strategic vision for data engineering within the organization.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is : $118,450.00 - $284,280.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
