This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health Forensics, 220 Faison Drive, Columbia, SC 29203.
As the Program Coordinator II, under limited supervision of the Program Manager I, you will assist with managing and coordinating implementation of contract monitoring systems for services provided by private vendors, including SVPTP and Forensics. You will write reports documenting incidents and resident claims related to PI. Track and follow up on reports as necessary for related requests from Risk Management. Assist with the creation of audit tools, participate in audits and reporting procedures, and participate in evaluating the quality of facility and treatment services. Provide consultation and problem-solving methods to improve the contract monitoring program, particularly with regard to auditing and contract issues between vendor and program.
