We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Spanish-speaking Client & Stakeholder Relations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for nurturing strong relationships with both our clients and key stakeholders, including investors and shareholders.
You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients—ensuring client satisfaction, long-term retention, and consistent value delivery—while also supporting communications and relationship management with investors and other external partners. This is a high-impact role requiring excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate both client-facing and investor-facing environments with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relations :
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand client goals, needs, and challenges to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term satisfaction.
- Manage client onboarding, relocation, periodic reviews, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Address and resolve client issues or escalations with urgency and professionalism.
- Communicate efficiently with clients.
Investor & Shareholder Relations :
Support ongoing efficient communication and engagement with investors and shareholders, and buy time.Assist with preparing investor updates and reports, in collaboration with leadership.Ensure consistency and accuracy in stakeholder communications and help maintain transparency and trust.Track stakeholder feedback and assist leadership in identifying opportunities for improved engagement and alignment.Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in client relations, investor relations, account management, or related roles.Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office.Preferred :
Experience working with executive leadership and / or investor relations teams.Familiarity with corporate reporting, stakeholder communications, or investor briefings.Bilingual in Spanish.Own reliable vehicle.Company Description
