Role Summary (Kansas City) :

Kickstart with mapped routes and warm / hot homeowner leads. Learn a simple D2D play, close same-visit , and log activity the same day.

Your Role

Canvass priority blocks and run scheduled leads

Needs assessment, demo, price, same-visit close

Same-day CRM logging; coordinate installs

Confirm install date at the door when possible.

What We’re Looking For

F2F stamina; coachable; persistence

Flexible hours (some evenings / weekends)

Driver’s license, reliable car, smartphone; U.S. work authorization

Compensation

1099, commission-only with paid training and bonuses. Typical D2D OTE $40,000–$60,000+ .
