The VP, Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for leading the enablement and transformation of the Customer, Logistics & Planning organization to deliver industry-leading service and cost-to-serve metrics. This will include creating the strategy and ensuring the execution and achievement of the plan / transformation.
They will partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize our overall network to become more efficient. This individual will be the primary thought leader for continuous improvement projects, productivity improvements, metrics development, and overall connected network.
The leader will be accountable for driving the execution of optimization models, governing the logistics enabler program, and driving key strategic initiative execution to achieve world class logistics results. This leader will drive best practices, analytics, project delivery, optimization initiatives, and the development / implementation of the logistics strategy, including collaborating with the IT organization on Customer, Planning, and Logistics digital roadmaps. The role works collaboratively with all Regional Warehouse leaders, Transportation, Network Optimization, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Customer Logistics, and Sales.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, strong financial acumen and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This leader will play an integral part across (6) primary areas : Operations Network Design & Optimization, Enterprise Logistics Efficiency, Supply Chain Analytics & Data Management, Supply Chain Systems Integration & Performance, Network Repack Optimization, and Business Process Optimization.

Compensation and Benefits :
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $212,000-$304,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
