Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $15.00 per hour and $22.27 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $11.40 to $15.40, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
