This is a hybrid role that blendscustomer-facing operational supportwithhands-on field installation work.Youll play a critical role ensuring Bureaus products are delivered, installed, and serviced smoothly, working closely with our Operations Lead USA and our trusted third-party install partners nationwide.
This is not a desk-only job. Youll split your time between planning and coordination, and rolling up your sleeves on-site to troubleshoot, install, and make sure every customer interaction ends with a wow.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Customer Support
- Lead and assist with booth builds, workspace fit-outs, and service calls on customer sites
- Troubleshoot installation issues in real time, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operate vehicles (including box trucks) as needed to support deliveries and installations
- Serve as a professional, customer-facing representative of Bureau during every interaction
Operations & Logistics
Schedule and coordinate installations across customers, install partners, carriers, and warehouse teamsManage the installation calendar, proactively resolving conflicts or delaysPartner with sales to confirm delivery estimates and communicate lead timesSupport warehouse operations and vendor coordination to ensure readiness for upcoming projectsWhat Were Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
Ability to lift, move, and assist with installations of booths, office furniture, and related productsWillingness and comfort with frequent travel and hands-on site workStrong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure during customer interactionsComfort working with tools and learning technical installation methodsProactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to switch between structured scheduling and dynamic fieldworkValid drivers license and ability to operate larger vehicles (training provided)Nice-to-Have
Prior experience in field service, operations, logistics, or customer supportStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience working in a customer-facing environment where service quality mattered
