We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team in French Camp, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in denials management and appeals processes within a healthcare setting.

Case Manager Pay :

  • $2,700 - $2,842 per week based on 40 hours.
  • Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday.
  • W2 position with benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K.

Schedule and Timeline :

  • 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend!
  • 40 hours per week with the potential to pick up OT.

    • Case Manager Responsibilities :

  • Review and manage denied claims.
  • Prepare and submit appeals to insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and payers to resolve denials.
  • Track and follow up on appeals to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

    • Case Manager Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in case management with a focus on denials and appeals.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, medical terminology, and healthcare reimbursement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • RN, LVN, or other relevant clinical license / certification preferred.
