Home Sales Advisor

Hybrid roles require role responsibilities to be performed in the office for a portion of the week, with an option to work remotely. You must be based within a 50-mile commuting distance of the specified office location : Phoenix, Arizona.

What You'll Need

• You have at least 3 years of experience in phone-based sales, with a focus on high-volume, high-activity sales environments.
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ability and drive to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
• General technical proficiency with sales tracking software with an emphasis on quick adjustments and real-time responsiveness.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $67,000 - $83,800 which includes a combination of base salary and variable incentive components (60 / 40 base / variable split). Incentive compensation is based on individual performance within our Home Sales Advisor incentive plan and is not capped. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 12 paid holidays per year, medical / dental / vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
