Senior Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst II - Salesforce (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to maintain a strategic roadmap and execute Commerce projects

Provide solutions for complex business problems within the Lead-to-Cash ecosystem

Act as a scrum master, manage the JIRA board, and facilitate daily scrum calls with the engineering team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)

8+ years of experience in BSA or Product Owner roles for SaaS business systems, with at least 4 years in Salesforce

Strong understanding of partner business processes and API integrations

Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and revenue recognition

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred but not required
