Account Manager
Location : Newport, NH (onsite)
Schedule : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
Compensation : $90,000–$100,000

What you’ll do
- Grow and nurture long-term client relationships in precision machining.
- Translate technical requirements into clear quotes, proposals, and solutions.
- Travel to customer sites and industry events to expand opportunities.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and quality to deliver on commitments.
- Lead customer meetings and technical presentations with clarity and follow-through.
- Stay current on ITAR, NIST, and AS9100 to support compliance.
What you’ll bring
5+ years in sales, business development, or marketing within precision manufacturing.Working knowledge of CNC machining and metals, including complex alloys.Strong writing, presenting, and documentation skills.Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Familiarity with ITAR and NIST; AS9100 exposure preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and research tools.Professional presence and willingness to travel overnight as needed.Ready to grow with a quality-focused, collaborative shop that invests in modern tooling and values long-term partnerships?
